Website Service Policy

1. Scope of Services

We provide website design, development, maintenance, and SEO services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. The scope of work will be defined in the service agreement before the project begins.

2. Working Policy & Subscription Plans

• We assign one developer daily for the subscribed hours based on the chosen plan.
• Subscription Plans:
• ₹5,000/month – 2 hours per day
• ₹7,000/month – 4 hours per day
• Clients can communicate with the assigned developer during working hours to discuss updates, modifications, and progress.
• Additional hours or tasks outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

3. Payment Terms

• Our services are available on a monthly subscription basis with a minimum one-year contract.
• Payments must be made on a monthly basis in advance, with the due date set for the 10th of every month.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
• Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery time will be provided before starting the project. Delays caused by the client (such as late content submission or approvals) may extend the timeline.

5. Revisions & Modifications

• Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the initial cost.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Major modifications after project completion will be billed separately.

6. Hosting & Domain

The client is responsible for purchasing and renewing their domain and hosting unless included in the service agreement. If hosting is provided by us, it is subject to annual renewal fees.

7. Maintenance & Support

Our subscription includes ongoing maintenance and support for the duration of the contract. Any additional feature updates or redesign requests beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The contract is valid for one year from the start date and is non-refundable once initiated.
• Early termination of the contract requires the full remaining amount to be paid.
• No refunds will be provided for monthly subscription fees already paid.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of the contract and full payment, the website and its content belong to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

10. SEO & Performance

SEO services improve website visibility but do not guarantee specific rankings. Performance depends on search engine algorithms, competition, and other factors.

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We ensure the confidentiality of all client information and data. The client is responsible for securing their website credentials after project handover.

12. Legal Compliance

The client is responsible for ensuring that the website content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
